My first attempt at pork burnt ends on my Traeger Woodridge Pro. I made my own cherry cola bbq sauce and used a cherry cola rub. It's an 8 hour cook at 225 using super smoke with just the rub. Then cubed and tossed in sauce and more rub. Finally, a cook in the trays at 300 for 90 minutes. I did forget to use a binder but they do taste pretty great. So no harm, no foul I guess.

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!

If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

Pretty work! I’m itching to do burnt ends, or at least poor man’s burnt ends (with chuck roast).
