    I just did the same thing with bruschetta yesterday. No Italian or French bread, but a toasted English Muffin did the trick and had “nooks and crannies” to soak up all the balsamic olive oil, garlic, and basil goodness. Yum! Round 2 today.

    Awesome pivot! Lol this reminds me of someone online who insisted that the bun defined the sandwich so even tho all the fillings here say burger, he would argue that it isn’t a burger bc it’s on an English muffin. To me, this is a burger all day, everyday
