

In my little ol 22 series. Rubbed in Kinders brown sugar. Boston butts approx 8lbs each. Smoked at 225* till 165 internal. Wrapped and set at 275* till 204* internal. Rested for 2 hours and viola! (Yes the pickle choice is criminal i know)
