1 Tablespoon- lemon juice
Little less than 1 teaspoon- garlic powder
1/4 stick butter
Pepper to taste (heavier is better imo)
I ended up doubling these amounts cause i like that shit saucy but this recipe should be good for about 5-7 wings. Just thought I’d share for anyone wanting wet lemon pepper.

That couldn’t be any simpler. I have a suggestion, though. If you create a butter emulsion first, then add the lemon juice and pepper, the sauce will cling to the wings.
To emulsify the butter, bring about 2 TBS of water to a simmer in a small pot, then whisk in about half a stick of butter, in small pieces, one at a time. It’ll take maybe 5 minutes. Rather than just melted butter, you get this velvety smooth butter sauce. This is now a blank canvas. Add your lemon juice and pepper. Add cayenne pepper and honey. Add parmesan cheese and fresh herbs. Run with your imagination.
Don’t get me wrong. I’d be grateful and enjoy your wings if you offered them to me. But when I learned to make this butter sauce, I keep finding all kinds of ways to use it and variations to try.
Where’s the pepper come into play
luv to try this
