The plating is nice, tight, and elegant. My only critique is the color. I don’t know if you were going with earthly monotone, but maybe brighten the plates up. Something bright red, or orange, just to give it more visual pop. Your veg seems to be lacking in that vibrancy, maybe blanch and shock to bring out the colors more?
