Can someone help me identify this dessert?

My mother sent me a picture of this cookie that flashed across the screen in a docu-series, this particular episode surrounding a cookie factory. tried reverse image searching but it didn’t work. this to me looks like some sort of sandwich cookie. i think she is mostly focused on the very nice design of the cookies themselves, so if anyone has any specifics on what this cookie is it would be awesome, and thank you.
P.S. – sorry for the blurry photo, it was out of focus in the show so it appears blurry on the photo. it went too fast to get a high quality pic.
