Jen Schwertman, a bartender at Tom and Jerry’s, a bar on Elizabeth Street in New York, invented this drink that’s like a cocktail and a snow cone in one. No ice shaver? It’s also delicious straight up in a shot glass.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ounces vodka
- ½ ounce triple sec
- 1 ounce Rose’s lime juice
- 1 splash Chambord
- 1 splash sour mix

Preparation
- Shake ingredients with ice. Strain into shot glass. (Recipe yields two shots.) To make a snow cone, strain over a scoop of shaved ice in a shot glass.
