I and my wife were a proud couple when we did our first ever rosette cake a few months ago lol. Flavor was fresh cream with strawberry compote in layers and on top.

    This is so pretty. I wish there was a way to put the compote on that was hidden under something, like a graham cracker. My brain wants to think tomato sauce, it sort of messes with my perception.

    Very very pretty. Putting the roses only on the sides is very effective! The roses stand out more that way and the random placement of the leaves make them stand out even more. Your flowers are absolutely beautiful!!
