My tweaks: I used cavenders all purpose greek seasoning, lightly sautéed shrimp instead of searing, rotini, garlic & herb boursin cheese, spinach, fresh parmesan, baby tomatoes for acidity, and a tiny squeeze of lemon juice to balance the richness of the sauce.
