  1. I’m a sucker for grilled bread, but feels a bit wanky to call it pizza al taglio when it is neither pizza nor being sold by the slice (presumably).

    The ricotta also just looks naked. I would do the tomatoes all over it vs having them off to the side. The ricotta itself is frankly not visually appealing enough that it needs to be showcased.

    I would float a nice herbed olive oil. Sounds delicious.
