I used: garlic, ginger, lime juice, chicken thighs, plain yogurt, evoo, kashmiri red chili powder, water, crushed tomatoes (canned), jalapeño, cinnamon powder, ground cloves, green cardamom pods, bay leaf, garlic clove, whole ginger, butter, cashews and sugar. I topped it with heavy whipping cream and kasoori methi (fenugreek leaves). My basmati rice was just the rice, evoo, salt and cardamom pods.
