looks really beautiful but I’m not sure if I’d want to eat raw zucchini blossoms.

also I just finished filling 600 of these bitches today and I don’t want to touch another one for at least a month.

Are you supposed to eat the raw zucchini blossom or is it meant as a garnish? This is a confusing plate.

It’s staggeringly attractive, but I’m unconvinced it would taste good, the raw zucchini blossom in particular.

Why didn’t you cook the squash blossom?

    ⚠️ EVERYONE PLEASE READ:

Yes, the zucchini blossom is raw. However, I urge and direct everyone to please read the text under the photo! There IS filling inside the zucchini blossom. It’s not just the flower. Though I understand everyone’s preferences towards it being cooked, I say, please keep an open mind! The flavors are quite tasty and pair well with each other 😊

As someone who’s never had zucchini blossoms and seeing all these comments about how this 1 is raw, what is wrong with raw zucchini blossoms?

I’m stunned by this. I’d make a cheesy meat + potato filling stuff it in the flower, bread it, then fry. Make a Vietnamese vinegar dip to go with it. I’d eat this because I love trying stuff, but this doesn’t even look like an appetizer to me.
