Tonight my wife and I are sharing this steak with (what we call) ‘deconstructed’ loaded baked potato and asparagus. All I need in this life is her, and 2 forks lol

   I learned that when you cook a steak from frozen or straight out of the fridge then it will be overcooked on the surface before the middle is at the desired temperature. So that’s why it’s best to cook a steak from room temperature.
