2yo son is obsessed with Bluey.
The base cake is castella cake, held together with blackberry jam and frosted with whipped cream stabilized with instant banana pudding. I intentionally kept it "rustic". It was delicious. All the cake offcuts went into cake pops, and believe me… there were a lot of cutoffs. Anyone else have Bluey fans who desperately want Duck Cake?

I made it for my 3 yr and he loved it.. but didn’t really connect it to the show at all… even tho he loves bluey lol
