Endives with blue-cheese dressing and walnuts


  • 1 raw, unblemished endive
  • Blue-cheese dressing (see recipe)
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped walnuts, preferably black walnuts

    One serving


    1. Arrange the endive, sliced in half lengthwise, on an individual serving dish. Spoon about two tablespoons of blue-cheese dressing over the cut halves. Sprinkle the tops with one tablespoon of chopped walnuts.
