Omg I only just rediscovered baked potatoes but always used to eat them rather plain. This looks wonderful!! Curious if the sweet potato’s sweetness clashes with the savory chili?

What’s all in it. Microwave sweet potato 4 minutes, smash with butter, s&p. Top with thick slice of pepper jack cheese, heated chili, grated white cheddar, diced onions and yellow pepper, sour cream, jalapenos and scallions. Ideally a russet potato was preferred but didn’t have any.

It looks good girl, but I would never eat it. I hate when people use sweet potatoes like they would a regular white potato. Sweet potatoes are not for savory dishes/applications. Idc idc idc
