*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

Still safe to cook. Easy to replace under warranty. Did mine not long ago. Been running mine hard ever since I bought it. Live in the PNW

Yes, you can still cook with it, but replacements online are pretty cheap.

Parts are cheap and its easy to replace. Did mine recently and took about 30 minutes. Plenty of videos online
