Pizza night! This week’s special was a classic, mozzarella and smoked Scamorza, tomato sauce, sliced sweet Italian sausage, marinated red peppers, red onions, and grated Pecorino Romano. And for the first time I brushed the crust with garlic butter.

What cheese are you using!!! Been trying to find good cheese for home cooking and always end up using fresh shredded mozzarella that’s too wet or a block of hillshire farms mozzarella 😢
