    what hydration are they, how much yeast and salt, what was the process, what kind of flour and what was the baking procedure and temp?

  2. They all look amazing!! That tri color tho….wow!! Grandma pie is my favorite. Always sucked at baking and making dough, been trying with failure after failure. I’d kill to make a pie like these
