This was one of my first dishes ever, but even now I’m still proud of it. Pan seared halibut, peach Aleppo jam, patty pan squash puree and wedges, fried kale, and an ahi Amarillo and roasted garlic rice in a ring mold on the bottom of the plate.
P.S when I served it later on I did center it a bit more
