I’ve waited since it first opened to go to Akahoshi Ramen for the first time. Nearly 2 years later it was so worth the wait

One of the best miso ramen I’ve had in Chicago. It’s so rich and flavorful compared to anything local to me. The chashu was nice and smokey and the noodles were amazing; love the chew on them. Would totally come back given the chance.
