cant do much else with the miso-glazed plating. looks delicious. the crudo is a bit sloppy. Maybe keep the orange puree as a clean base using an offset palette knife, line up the fish as you have on the orange sauce/puree, dot the white sauce on top, and make a relish with brunois red onion/shallot, your herbs, and chili.

The glaze on the plate in the second pic is too pale and busy. I’d pick a solid color that contrasts that of the ingredients. You have a lot of pale orange, red-orange colors on the plate so maybe a blue plate would work nice.
