Hi everyone, this is what I cooked for dinner yesterday.
I’d like to share the recipe with you all:
(I bought the fillets already cleaned and ready to be cooked);
I floured them and put to sear in the pan with olive oil, garlic and parsley. After around three minutes I splashed it with white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Then, I added the tomatoes, which I diced before, and the olives.
I let the fish cooked another couple minutes per side and served immediately after.
