I’m using stock images but I am always on the lookout for new cheeses to try whenever I go to the store. Credit to various cheese websites, resources, and sellers for the cheese images and cheese facts. If any of you know some cheeses that I haven’t done yet I would love some input!
Here is your daily cheese facts: This cheese is made by East Hill Creamery. Happy Accident is a raclette style cheese with a truly unique taste. Happy Accident was created by accident but was instantly adored by the creamery staff. Aged for 3-4 months, Happy Accident is still creamy and luscious, but with a distinctive tangy, fruity finish. Happy Accident will add an interesting twist to any dish, but the staff at East Hill Creamery love it in fondue. Happy Accident pairs well with a funky Spanish cider, strawberry jam, and sour beers.
Also as a note: I post my daily cheese here as well as in my r/dailycheese subreddit.

East Hill Creamery installed one of the first cheese vending machines in the US! If you happen to be on your way to Letchworth State Park, you can stop by and grab a wedge or two. Their creamery is about 10 minutes from the northern entrance.
