Today‘s lunch. 7 herbs blended together w boiled eggs, mustard, vinegar, sour cream & creme fraiche. the sauce itself is cold, the potatoes warm – nice contrast on a hot summer day 🙂 i served it with a seitan „steak“ on the side, because i still had some in the fridge that needed to go.
