Ingredients

  • ½ ounce dry vermouth
  • ½ ounce fresh or Rose’s lime
  • 1 ounce Chambord
  • 5 ounces Champagne
  • Dash or 2 of maraschino cherry juice
  • Dash of bitters
  • Maraschino cherry

    Preparation

    1. Chill 7-ounce Champagne glass. Rinse glass with the vermouth (save the vermouth). Add lime juice and Chambord.
    2. Fill glass with Champagne of choice. Top with reserved vermouth, cherry juice and bitters. Garnish with cherry.
