Ingredients
- ½ ounce dry vermouth
- ½ ounce fresh or Rose’s lime
- 1 ounce Chambord
- 5 ounces Champagne
- Dash or 2 of maraschino cherry juice
- Dash of bitters
- Maraschino cherry

Preparation
- Chill 7-ounce Champagne glass. Rinse glass with the vermouth (save the vermouth). Add lime juice and Chambord.
- Fill glass with Champagne of choice. Top with reserved vermouth, cherry juice and bitters. Garnish with cherry.
