Cooked a simple classic for a Thursday dinner. Spaghetti with a quick homemade tomato sauce (olive oil, a clove of garlic gently cooked in the oil then removed, canned San Marzano tomatoes, shredded basil added off the heat). Topped with grated parmigiano reggiano.

Yes I know my table is dirty, I cleaned it after.
