Here’s how to make shawarma chicken and rice in six easy steps. Start by marinating thinly sliced chicken with oil, yogurt, and Yes Chef’s sharma mix. Let it sit for 20 minutes. Then grill the chicken or cook it on a pan. Then prepare the red sauce by blending diced red chilies, oil, vinegar, and the Yes Chef red sauce mix. Add a tablespoon of water for thinner consistency. Similarly, prepare the white sauce by mixing cream, oil, yogurt, and the Yes Chef white sauce mix. Rest both of the sauces in the fridge for 20 minutes. For the rice, heat up butter and oil.
