Ketofriendly Greek omelet for 2 recipe:
Veggie pan: fruit onion and garlic in some oregano, thyme, rosemary, fennel seed, sage, pepper, salt and chilli flakes. Add bell pepper and later tomato and spinach. Finally add some feta and pine nuts
Omelet: mix 5 eggs and heavy cream with pepper, salt and paprika powder.
Put some ham on the bottom, add the egg and top it of with gouda cheese. Put a lid on the pan and give it time on low heat.
