I was offered 8 venison legs last night. I didn’t buy them though, they were 2 deer.

We also eat this kind of dish, venison ragout with red wine, a side of bread dumplings, gnocchi, or polenta, and a spoon drop of cranberry jam. It’s not a dish for everyday tho, it could be a nice christmas dinner.
