Preparation

  1. Cut off stems of peppers. Cut away and discard veins and rest of stems. Chop peppers. There should be 1/2 cup.
  2. Add peppers, garlic, oil and cumin to container of an electric blender. Blend at high speed to fine liquid. Add Tabasco or Louisiana hot sauce to taste.
