Tauto beef ramen – Ono Ramen Singapore

Found this special place in Arab Street in Singapore that serves up an Indonesian twist to a traditional ramen with a halal chicken broth. The signature dish is this Tauto ramen with this delicious soup with a complex fermented soya paste similar to miso. The pulled beef was tender and flavoursome. I also enjoyed the karaage chicken with a sambal mayo. Something different to try when you are next in Singapore!
