Husband bought, prepared and packed everything. I assembled the sandwich that hit the spot after 3 miles of hiking followed by another 2. Boars Head London Broil, Swiss cheese, mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, good white bread. Served with Doritos and Dr Pepper.

Ack, I accidentally posted twice. I don’t know where the other one went. But this was a nice sandwich.
It was Duke’s mayo of course. Husband packed it in our little reusable takeway containers instead of getting little packets of generic mayo from the deli like I would have!
