Color seems to be pork. I just took some out of the freezer to thaw. Looks like that.

I found these at the local Mexican/Asian focused market. My dog loves them. I thought at first they were turkey, but then I’m thinking too big for turkey.
The place has pork, chicken, beef for the most part, including . Very less expensive than my regular grocery for beef marrow bones.
Just curious, dog is way into them so I’ll keep buying.

It might be best to wait until it thaws or get the condensation off of the plastic wrap and post another pic so we can see the meat more clearly
