made homemade stock. some store bought shoyu base. how would make some base myself?any other base i could make thats tasy?

I like lots of sauted veggies too. you can spice it up by adding meat.

Cilander tastes like soap if eaten raw and tastes like nothing if eaten cooked but it s awesome just warmed up in the hot ramen. Spring onion ofc, bamboo to give texture and i also use kimchi and chilli oil with meat (beef brisket with korean bbq/teriaky sauce) a boiled egg (that would taste even better if marinated!)
That s my way to go extremely tasty and rich not traditional ramen.

Agree with the marinated egg. Shittake or enoki work well. Bean sprouts. I love to add dried wakame seaweed
