Found some proper veal at the market today and had them cut me a Schnitzel.
The breading could have been a bit more fluffy, but that's probably a temperature (and/or skill) issue.
And I had to cut it into two pieces before frying because I didn't have a sufficiently large pan.
Else, I am pretty happy with the results, taste wise it came close to the original in Vienna 🙂
Potato and lamb's lettuce salad on the side, and of course, cranberries.

That looks absolutely great! I’ve had a Schnitzel myself this evening, but I’d totally go for that on top.
Where are the anchovies and capers…
