I saw sura tanmen (スーラータンメン) by Sun Noodle at my local H Mart today, figured I’d give it a try.
I added a beaten egg and silken tofu to the soup base, and green onions, menma, kikurage and garlic chili crisps as toppings.
Turned out pretty good.
