    I try to always leave positive feedback for anyone when it comes to plating food because it’s so objective but I’m going to be honest here, that’s a hot fucking mess chef. I can’t even tell scallops were a part of this dish. LOTS of refinement here. It looks like a tossed salad from Applebees on $5 margarita night
