Seafood chowder with soy curl clams and a TJ’s bread bowl hack
Base of bechamel, oat milk and veggie broth with soy curl clams, Tuno, potatoes, carrots, celery and roasted corn. Soy curls were rehydrated in a kombu broth and then pan fried before being added to the chowder.
