this carrot puree will blow your mind let’s do it take some carrots chop them up into inch size [Music] pieces simmer the carrots until they start to get soft take another pan add a knob of butter and Chuck in your carrots season the carrots and pour over some chicken stock reduce down the stock and add your carrots to a blender along with some butter and some double cream blend the carrot season and then blend for another 30 seconds your carrot puree is ready and I’ll see you next time
