    🤤👍😊 your plate looks excellent. I’ve had these several times called “Romanian sausages”. The recipe used was from Transylvania and had quite a bit of garlic in it

    P.S. For the wider audience, I would describe the mici as being closer to koftas than to sausages. But that’s just an opinion.
