Yo I just learned how to make my own sweet n sour sauce about 3 months ago. It’s water, sugar, vinegar, corn starch, ketchup, and a little bit of soy sauce. You just kinda cook it in a pot like gravy. You can add pineapple if desired. I didn’t figure it out on my own though it’s some older dude on youtube and he keeps it short and simple. I was kinda skeptical at first but I gave it a shot and it’s pretty damn good stuff.
