One of the few things I don’t really like. Replace the Kasseler with a nice slice of meatloaf or a Frikadelle with some pan sauce and I’m on board 🙂

Kassler 👍🤤😊 IMO one of the best pork products … the pig gives us a wide variety of good eats but Kassler is close to the top. I like red cabbage with it .
