At Brennan’s of Houston, candy corn becomes the centerpiece of this seasonal cocktail. This martini is all about the color and flavor of the love-it-or-hate-it candy, now a sippable Halloween treat.

Ingredients

2 cups candy corn
2 cups vodka
1 egg white
1/2 ounce pineapple juice
Ice (roughly five ice cubes)

Preparation

In a bowl or container, combine the candy corn and vodka. Let it steep for 48 hours, then strain.
To make the cocktail, add 2 ounces of candy corn vodka, egg white, and pineapple juice to a shaker and shake to emulsify the egg.
Add ice and shake until frothy.
Garnish the rim of the glass with yellow sugar.
Strain the martini into the glass.
