let’s make crispy kifi prawns the exact ones you see on the Antonio kifi pastry packet Begin by unraveling the kifi pastry pull out a small handful of kifi strands and lay them flat in front of you place your prawn onto the kifi and roll it ensuring the prawn is tightly wrapped here’s a tip from yarina wet your hand and firmly grip the kifi prawn this will compact any loose strands and ensure the Gat yifi doesn’t unrel when you cook it in the oil fry the prawns on until they are golden and crispy add a sprinkling of sea salt and a splash of lemon juice enjoy
