    9 on 10. Lot of effort to get to this plate. Looks delicious. Rib looks a little dry, but very good for first attempt. When did you slice?

    What’s that behind the rib? Poppers?

    Sliced after two hours of rest , can’t keep the ribs too far away from heat source due to 24” horizontal charcoal single barrel grill limited space. On back side those are jalapeño poppers .

  3. Not sure about everything on that plate, poppers, and what else? But that’s a first class effort and I’d crush the F out of that.

    8.5. Rib looks a bit overdone, not quite enough sauce on the plate, chicken wing needs to be trimmed and have crispy skin. Overall, I’d eat the shit out of that! Looks great, just needs a bit of “polish” Also, bit too many pickled onions.
