Good afternoon everyone! Just wanted to make a post about my wife and I’s bbq popup/trailer, and catering service in Lakeland FL.
It is Tenn & Charles BBQ, named after the corner we lived on when we started 2ish years ago. We do largely Texas inspired BBQ with some fun and less traditional sides like scratch-made kimchi, sticky rice, and cheese grits.
We are mainly at the Lakeland Farmers market 1-2 Saturdays a month, but we also do catering and other events.

Hell yeah we need more bbq in FL.
If you’re dabbling in kimchi and some different ethnic stuff, ya gotta give Za’atar chicken a try.
Make sure any spice blend you buy or mix up yourself has sumac. The malic acid in there adds such a unique flavor!
