Homemade buckwheat pasta with potatoes, savoy cabbage, and lots of cheese and butter. A wonderful meal for a rainy autumn night. Of course accompanied by a glass or two of Grüner Veltliner wine from the same area this recipe is from.

    Such an incredible dish, yours looks lovely as well.
    I’ve had it served with sage and garlic fried in butter and then poured over before serving which was incredible. It goes well with a glass of Valtellina as well!
