Was picking up some dried chilies at my local Mexican store and saw this on the shelf, so I snagged it. Pretty good! The coffee flavor is legit and very complimentary. I added some to the chili colorado that I was making, definitely added another layer of flavor.

Very nice, though definitely the least spicy of the El Yucateco habanero sauces.

It’s decent, really like the tartness and coffee notes. Not super hot.

I’ve got it in my fridge and I like it but it’s very specific to pairing with food. Queen Majesty’s coffee/habanero is far better.
