    This is one of my favorite dishes in the world! A Polish colleague who hated to cook found the life hack to bring me (Swedish, very interested in cooking) over everytime her mum visited from Poland, have her mum teach *me* to cook the food she missed and pay me in Polish beer to cook it. Instant profit for both, and I still cook this in India, where I live now, to my Indian guys great joy.
